MEDIA ACCREDITATION FORM
Konvo Media welcomes applications from working journalists and photographers, TV and Radio reporters who comply with its criteria for accreditation. Please read the following guidelines carefully and make sure all the information requested is supplied with your accreditation application and it is posted to the appropriate address. Failure to supply any or all of the requested information, or to sign the disclaimer, will delay the processing of your application.
 
1. INTERNATIONAL and NATIONAL JOURNALISTS & PHOTOGRAPHERS

Requests from the above must be sent one week before the event to the Accreditation Manager.
Please read section 4 below for information which must be supplied with each request.

2. TV / RADIO / WEBSITES / ELECTRONIC MEDIA/COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHERS

3. INFORMATION AND MATERIAL TO BE SUPPLIED WITH EACH APPLICATION:

    a) An original letter, requesting accreditation for the named Journalist/Photographer/Reporter, on the publication’s official letterhead, signed by a Director of the              organization or editor. 

    b) A completed and signed Accreditation Form (See below) 

    c) Written confirmation of the publications frequency and circulation or readership figures.

    d) A current and original copy of the publication.

 
Up to a maximum of three (3*) representatives per organisation will be considered for accreditation. 
A separate application form should be submitted for each person to be accredited. (* more in the case of TV Production companies).
To be accredited, a publication must be on sale to the general public and have a circulation and quality that satisfies the criteria of the event.
Website Journalists will only be issued with a tabard at the discretion of the event Press Officer.
It is not a condition of this accreditation process, but all media who are accredited for events are encouraged to supply examples
of their published work two weeks before the event, to enhance any future requests for Media credentials on this event.

Konvo Media Inc. must be satisfied that the individuals applying for accreditation are professional journalists and represent formal media organizations. Media organization must have demonstrable editorial oversight and a verifiable street address and telephone number (P.O. Box will not be accepted). Accreditation will only be given on proof of a track record of reporting for media organizations on international affairs. Konvo Media Inc. reserves the right to deny or withdraw accreditation of journalists from media organizations who abuse the privileges so extended or put the accreditation to improper use or act in a way not consistent with the principles of the Organization.
